What you will learn

Introducing the core elements of service design, the full-day workshop will be accompanied by case studies to show how it is transforming businesses and public organisations. You will also be guided through practical tools and knowledge to adopt a human-centred design approach to bring positive change and enhance customer experience of your services.

Clive is one of the UK’s leading service design consultants. He founded the design consultancy Tangerine with Apple head Jonathan Ive and has led corporate design teams at Barclays Bank, Orange, Samsung and Cisco. He is in the Creative Review Top 50 and lectures at the Royal College of Art, London.
